30-Day Quality Assurance Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will promptly replace or reship it. To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of confirmed delivery and provide the required documentation outlined below.
To be eligible for replacement or refund:

A clear, timestamped photo or video of the product and packaging must be provided as proof of damage, defect, or error.

Claims filed after 30 days from delivery or without valid evidence are not eligible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
Returns & Change-of-Mind Orders
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstance.
If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Before Filing a Chargeback
Customers must contact us first at contact@drmelaxinstore.com to allow us to resolve any concerns. We resolve most issues within 24–48 hours.
Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in:

We maintain full tracking, shipping, and delivery documentation for every order and cooperate with payment processors to dispute unauthorized or invalid chargebacks.

All orders are verified for payment authorization, address accuracy, and delivery confirmation. We record shipment tracking, fulfillment logs, and customer correspondence to ensure full transparency and protection for both parties.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks are reported to the payment processor and may result in investigation under merchant protection policies.
