Processing & Fulfillment

Standard delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on the destination and local postal conditions.

During periods of high order volume, customs inspections, or carrier congestion, please allow up to 10 additional business days for delivery.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
Tracking Updates

Tracking links are automatically sent to the customer’s email upon shipment.

Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking activity to appear.

Tracking updates may pause temporarily while the shipment is in transit or undergoing customs clearance — this is normal and does not indicate a lost package.
Delivery Timeframes & Delays
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and based on carrier performance.
Once your package is in transit, Dr. Melaxin cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as this depends on third-party logistics providers and customs processing times.

Delays due to weather, customs, or courier handling are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or charge reversals.

Orders marked as “In Transit” or “Out for Delivery” by the carrier are considered actively being delivered and are not eligible for dispute or refund unless proven lost after investigation.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

Verify the shipping address used during checkout.

Check your mailbox, parcel locker, porch, or building reception.

Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members if they accepted it.

Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.

All claims must be made within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
Delivery Guarantee
Dr. Melaxin guarantees safe delivery of all orders.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or confirmed lost in transit, we will reship it at no cost.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Packages refused or uncollected.

Delays caused by customs or local postal agencies.

Tracking that shows “Delivered” without supporting theft documentation or carrier investigation.
Chargeback Policy
To ensure a fair and efficient resolution, customers must contact our support team before filing a chargeback.
We resolve most delivery-related issues within 24–48 hours.
Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may result in:

International Orders
For international deliveries, please allow additional time for customs processing and import clearance.
